We would like to let everyone in the greater Toronto Area know that we are just starting up a new kind of pottery class! No longer do you need to find the time to go to a studio to learn how to throw your own pottery. Now we bring it to you! Yes that's right, a pottery wheel class in you own home when it is convient for you, any time of day! We bring all the supplies and tools you need and hold the class in your kitchen/bathroom or any room (without carpet) that works. You only need about the floor space that your bath tub takes. We then take your masterpieces back to our kiln (a big oven) and fire (cook) them for you. And for those of you out there that want to learn about the process of glazing and decorating them we can accomodate that too! Since pottery needs to be cooked in the kiln twice, we can bring it back to you after the first ( when it is no longer water soluable) so you may decorate it yourself before we return it to the kiln for the last time. This is an excellent idea for parents who need that relaxing time at home but need to keep the kids busy, or just an extraordinary experiance for adults after work. And if you like the style of our work, but don't see one you like or know of a design you want made, send us an email with a picture or drawing, or even just a description of what your looking for. We love custom orders, and would be happy to help you find that piece you have been dreaming about!
